Scope of application and commitments Elite Cars Luxury
Elite Cars Luxury offers a high-end luxury car rental service in Switzerland and France, for both individuals and professionals. Any reservation made through the website implies full acceptance of these general rental conditions. Our team strives to ensure the availability, quality, and compliance of each vehicle offered, while reserving the right to make necessary adjustments in the event of unavailability or unforeseen logistical issues. Each reservation results in the sending of a confirmation detailing the model rented, the duration, the pick-up and drop-off location, as well as any options purchased.
Eligibility conditions, security deposit and vehicle use
The main driver must be at least 25 years old (except in special cases mentioned at the time of booking) and have held a valid driving license for more than 3 years. Before handing over the vehicle, a security deposit is systematically required by credit card or secure transfer; this will be returned after the vehicle is returned if the condition observed corresponds to the initial condition and if the established contract has been scrupulously respected. It is imperative that the use of the vehicle always complies with road traffic legislation in Switzerland, France, and any other country crossed. Any dangerous driving, subletting, participation in rallies or races, transport of goods or lending the vehicle to an undeclared driver exposes the renter to the loss of the deposit as well as possible civil or criminal prosecution.
Insurance, liability and customer obligations
Our entire fleet of luxury vehicles is meticulously maintained and insured in accordance with current legislation: liability, theft, and damage insurance. However, in the event of an accident, a deductible remains the responsibility of the renter according to the terms and thresholds agreed upon in the insurance contract. In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the customer agrees to immediately notify Elite Cars Luxury, to make any necessary declaration or report, and to scrupulously comply with all the procedures provided. Fuel, parking, toll costs, as well as any fines or violations received during the rental period remain entirely the responsibility of the renter.
Payment Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment for the rental must be made before the keys are handed over using the payment methods accepted at the time of booking (card, bank transfer, other). Rates include all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Any modification, cancellation or delay must be notified as soon as possible; depending on the time of cancellation or modification, fees may apply. In the event of late cancellation, no-show or exceptional circumstances (accident, damage), Elite Cars Luxury may partially or fully retain the amounts already paid in accordance with the policy displayed at the time of ordering.
Data Protection and Dispute Resolution
Elite Cars Luxury places the utmost importance on the confidentiality and security of your personal data. All information collected during the booking process is processed exclusively for the management of your rental and in compliance with current legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act). For any questions or disputes, only Swiss and French law applies; in the event of a persistent disagreement, the competent jurisdiction is that of the Elite Cars Luxury headquarters in Évian-les-Bains. We always favor amicable solutions and tailor-made support for all our customers.
